These were a tad longer than I expected and larger than the other shorts I own from Threads. I got a size medium, for reference I’m 125lbs and 5’2”. Small probably would been better.
I bought in both small and medium for me and both x-small and small for my daughter. They run a little big so the smaller sizes are better for wearing out and the larger sizes for lounge wear. The waist band is thick elastic, so if you are between sizes, I would recommend sizing down since the thick elastic band puckers when the drawstring is pulled too tight.
I'm short so I have to roll the waist down once. The fabric gathers a little since they are a more generous cut. I don't mind at all. They are really comfortable and look cute!
