How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders will take 1-3 business days.  Orders placed by 11:00 am PST Monday through Friday, are usually shipped the same day. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. All items ordered will be shipped together. If an item on your order becomes unavailable or is out of stock you will be notified via email prior to shipping the rest of your order.

What Shipment methods are available?

We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over a certain amount to all US addresses by USPS Priority. Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $100 USD. If your order falls below the threshold amount you will be charged a rate based on the order's destination and weight of your order. If you would like expedited shipping we offer faster services via USPS and UPS. You will be able to select your shipping preference at checkout.

What if I choose overnight delivery, will it ship right away?

We recommend calling us at 855-848-9060 or email us to make sure it will make it out same day. We do our best to get every order out as fast as we can, but if you order right at pick up time...please call us.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

How do I file a claim with Guide Package Protection? If you’ve purchased package protection and need to make a claim, head here to File a Claim.

How do I buy Guide Package Protection? Guide Package Protection will be available to add once you reach Checkout. Once it is added, it will appear at checkout as a product before your order is placed.

What am I covered for? Guide Package Protection covers lost, damaged, and stolen packages.

What do I get if my claim is successful?
You have the option of a refund or replacement of your order.

How much does Package Protection cost? The cost of Guide Package Protection depends on the total value of your order.

How long before my delivery is classed as lost? If your parcel hasn't had an updated tracking scan in 5 days, it’s
considered lost in transit, and you can make a claim.

What happens if my parcel is stolen / if it says delivered but I haven’t received it? File a claim as normal here and Guide will go ahead and process
your claim.

How long do I have to file a claim? 30 – 45 days depending on the
claim type. This is from the ship date of the order.
