1. SPONSOR

2. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years of age or older. Employees of Threads 4 Thought, its affiliates, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD
June 8, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET – July 6, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

4. HOW TO ENTER — SOCIAL MEDIA
(1) Go outside in your Threads 4 Thought apparel. (2) Take a photo or video. (3) Post publicly and tag @threads4thought. Private account? DM us a screenshot at @threads4thought instead. Limit one (1) entry per person per platform per day. Automated entries are prohibited.

5. FREE ENTRY — NO PURCHASE REQUIRED
To enter without a purchase or social media account, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a piece of paper and mail it to: Threads 4 Thought — Catch Your Summer Sweepstakes, 15236 Burbank Blvd, Sherman Oaks, CA 91411. Must be postmarked by July 6, 2026 and received by July 13, 2026. One entry per envelope.

6. FREE FRISBEE GIFT (SEPARATE FROM SWEEPSTAKES)
The first 100 customers to place a qualifying order on or after June 8, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET will receive one (1) limited-edition frisbee made from 100% recycled materials, while supplies last. This gift requires a purchase and is separate from the sweepstakes. Receiving a frisbee does not affect your odds of winning the $500 gift card.

7. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing on or around July 10, 2026 from all eligible entries. Odds depend on total entries received. Submitted photos and videos are not judged — selection is random only. Sponsor may feature submitted content on social media independently of winner selection.

8. PRIZE
One (1) $500 Threads 4 Thought gift card. ARV: $500.00. Non-transferable, no cash substitute. Winner responsible for any applicable taxes.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Winner will be notified by DM and/or email within 5 business days of selection and must respond within 72 hours or an alternate winner may be chosen.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, participants release Threads 4 Thought and its affiliates from any claims arising from participation or prize use, and grant Sponsor the right to use their name, handle, likeness, and content for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or technical failures.

11. GOVERNING LAW
This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California. All disputes shall be resolved individually and not as part of a class action.

12. WINNER LIST
For the winner's name (available after August 1, 2026) or a copy of these rules, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Threads 4 Thought — Catch Your Summer Winner List, 15236 Burbank Blvd, Sherman Oaks, CA 91411.
