This vest is so soft and cozy! I think it might run a bit big relative to the size chart. I'm 36/34/41 and ordered a large, it's plenty big enough to layer over a hoodie with room to spare,, the pit to pit measures 21.5 inches flat. I might try the medium for a more fitted look next time, but I'm very happy with the soft material, its super cozy. Wish it had a zipper instead of snaps though.
