Excellent fabric and idea... actual pattern needs tweaks

I am really torn writing this review. I love the fabric and the idea. (The fabric is soft, slightly stretching, very comfortable.) There are so many good things about this piece. However, there are two big design flaws: the collar and the cuffs. First the cuffs, the fabric is a very relaxed fabric - so comfy, I love it. However, this means the cuffs don't stay in place. They are tacked at a few points, but then the fabric gets saggy between the tacks. Why not just sew the whole cuff in place all the way around? Still the same cuffed look, but it doesn't look saggy. Second, the collar doesn't lay nicely... if it opens too much or you move around too much, the back of the button placket comes out and you see the merged seam edge... This is extra the case if you want to vary the number of buttons you actually button. If you button all the way to the top this happens less... but it still doesn't lay perfectly. I think securing the placket with a seam and doing the short cuff all the way around would have made this 5 stars easy! But these two items make it seem... a little sloppy.

I am obsessed with this fabric. So nice looking in person (almost like a twill) but feels like sweats! I want to wear this for everything!
